Castle Cavendish Foundation is a charitable body that exists to support the vibrant communities of Radford and Hyson Green in Nottingham. We are commited to the long-term regeneration of the area, reinvesting the money raised from our property portfolio into better services, better infrastructure and better 'quality of life' for generations to come.

The Foundation manages a diverse range of properties that are suitable for small to medium-sized businesses looking for commercial office, light industrial or retail property at competitive rates. We also own several buildings that provide community facilities and social benefits, which we rent out to local organisations.

Through money raised, the Foundation will reinvest its resources into continuing with the regeneration of Radford and Hyson Green, supporting local neighbourhoods and enriching our diverse communities.
