Mark Spouge

Chair and Trustee

Mark has recently set up his own company specialising in property & estates management. Mark has worked in the social housing sector for many years and is dedicated to supporting people and communities to reach their potential. Mark was appointed to the Board on 4th February 2016.

Jay Ludditt

Trustee

Jay previously led his own creative agency and later co-founded the highly successful UNiDAYS in Nottingham. He played a crucial role in scaling the business to feature amongst the top-10 fastest growing tech companies in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100. Jay currently leads brand and marketing at The Institute of Leadership & Management and is passionate about growing organisations that make a positive social impact. Jay was appointed to the board on 25th July 2019.

Zane Powers

Trustee‍

Zane is a senior marketing professional with experience leading marketing programmes across Europe and the Middle East in global market leading businesses. He is passionate about the cultivation of community potential and enjoys reading, trekking and playing squash in his spare time. Zane was appointed to the Board on 26th February 2019.

Parveen Begum

Trustee

Parveen has been a resident in Hyson Green for over 26 years. She is committed to supporting the local voluntary sector and has recently undertaken the role of ‘parent champion’ for Small Steps Big Changes. Parveen is also a volunteer family mentor for Framework and a parent governor at Bentinck Primary School. Parveen was appointed to the Board on 4th October 2018.

Lorel Manders

Trustee - retired

Lorel retired as a Trustee on 18th November 2020, having served for over two and a half years as a valued contributor to the board and Castle Cavendish.

Shoaib Khan

Trustee

Shoaib is a project manager with a variety of experience in the voluntary and public sector, delivering development projects and business transformation. Born and raised in Nottingham, Shoaib is currently working at Nottingham City Council. Shoaib is an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute for IT and the Association for Project Management. Shoaib was appointed to the Board on 13th April 2017.

Alex was appointed to the Board on 26th February 2019.

Fadzai Gambanga

Trustee

Fadzai is a HR professional with over 4 years experience in a wide variety of industries. Fadzai is passionate about people, diversity and inclusion and about making a positive difference within the workplace and the community with the aim of improving and having a positive impact in people's lives. In her spare time Fadzai enjoys reading, partaking in self-development courses and supporting young people.

Dave Brennan

Chief Executive

Dave has significant experience working in urban renewal in some of the most disadvataged areas of the country. He has been CEO of several high profile regeneration programmes and 'not-for-profit' companies, redeveloping places and local communities. Dave has first degree in Environmental Planning, a Masters in Civic Design, and is a Fellow of the RSA.

Steve Codrington

Head of Property Services

Steve has responsibility for managing our property portfolio and our commercial activities. With years of experience in the banking sector and managing property, along with in-depth knowledge of the area, Steve is ideally placed to optimise occupancy levels, manage tenancy issues and maximise our profitability.

Jane Simpson

Support Services Manager

Jane has responsibility for delivering the full range of support services for our organisation. She also provides support to the local voluntary and community sector by helping them to develop their services and activities, apply for funding and improve their governance.

Van Henry

Area Partnership Manager

Van manages our Grants Programme, primarily linked to the City Council's Area Based Grants.He works with the local voluntary and community sector to ensure that grants are distributed in a fair and equitable way, ensuring that funds are used as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Lezli Hall

Property Manager

‍Lezli has responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of our properties, especially Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre. She ensures that we provide excellent standards in customer services for external clients as well as our business tenants.

Nicole Attaway

Senior Customer Services Executive

‍Nicole is responsible for the daily finances for both Castle Cavendish Limited and Castle Cavendish Foundation, alongside providing administrative and reception duties predominantly at Castle Cavendish Works.

Reece Harvey-Watson

Customer Services Executive

Reece delivers a range of administrative and financial responsibilities, alongside providing reception duties predominantly at Castle Cavendish Works.

Helen Salter

Customer Services Executive

Helen delivers a range of administrative and financial responsibilities, alongside providing reception duties predominantly at Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre.

Shannon Newman

Customer Services Administrator

Shannon is working as an Apprentice delivering a range of administrative duties, alongside providing reception duties predominantly at Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre.

Security Officer

Faisal provides security services, predominantly at Castle Cavendish Works.

Security Officer

Brian provides security services, predominantly at Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre.

Property Maintenance Operative

Michael provides building maintenance, repair and cleaning services to the Castle Cavendish portfolio of properties.
